This document provides seven core norms of fintech activities. These values include upholding integrity while fostering innovation, ensuring data security, promoting inclusivity and accessibility, advocating openness and transparency, fostering fair competition, implementing risk prevention and control measures, and promoting green and low-carbon practices. This document is intended to guide financial institutions in the governance of technological ethics and to prevent and mitigate ethical risks.
