Frontier Research Institute supports enterprises in attracting talents and helps overseas talents from universities find jobs

On May 31, 2024, the "Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS) Visits CreditEase Headquarters (Phase II)" event, supported by Frontier Research Institute, was successfully held. This event aims to allow students to gain an in-depth understanding of CreditEase's international business development experience and corporate culture, and provide new ideas for future career development.

This visit is the second time that Frontier Research Institute has organized a ZIBS international student delegation to visit CreditEase. The 20 student representatives of the delegation are from Indonesia, Italy, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Myanmar, and Tajikistan.

At the beginning of the event, Li Tiezheng, CEO of CreditEase Technology, warmly welcomed the arrival of teachers and students from ZIBS of Zhejiang University in his speech. Subsequently, Xu Yining, Vice President of CreditEase Technology, gave a detailed introduction to the development history, internationalization strategy and international business expansion of CreditEase Technology, and demonstrated the company's latest achievements in the field of financial technology.

Xinye Technology CEO Li Tiezheng said at the event: "Fintech is changing the world, helping financial institutions improve their digitalization level and allowing more small and micro businesses and individuals to obtain financial support. Xinye Technology is replicating its technology and experience in fintech to more overseas markets. We also need more overseas talents to work with us to bring the concept of 'technology makes finance better' to more countries. ”

Xu Yining said: "International business is the second growth curve of CreditEase Technology and is of strategic importance to the company. In the process of internationalization, the cultivation of local talents is particularly important. We continue to cultivate overseas talents to better integrate local culture into front-end services and bring more accurate and high-quality localized services to markets in various countries. ”

Maria Nazeer Ahmed, the "No. 1 employee" of CreditEase Pakistan and a ZIBS graduate, shared her work experience at CreditEase and the reasons for choosing CreditEase through an online connection. Last year, as an international student of Zhejiang University ZIBS, she followed the visiting group to CreditEase headquarters and had face-to-face exchanges with company executives and employees. She then interned at CreditEase and got a job opportunity. She is currently responsible for local market and business development at CreditEase Pakistan office.

Also as a member of last year's delegation, Celina, an Indonesian student who is about to graduate this year, will also join the Jakarta branch of CreditEase Technology. She plans to return to Indonesia to work after completing a 3-4 month internship at the Shanghai headquarters. In addition, CreditEase Technology is investigating the East African market and looks forward to the participation of African students in the future to further promote the company's internationalization process.

"Studying in Chinese universities, internships at the headquarters of Chinese companies, and working in overseas branches of Chinese companies" is the school-running concept that Frontier Research Institute promotes domestic universities to try out. The results of this series of visits are not only the practice of this concept, but also a microcosm of the development of my country's financial technology industry, achieving a win-win situation for enterprises and talents.

Frontier Research Institute is committed to conducting cutting-edge innovative theoretical research on financial technology and regulatory technology that is suitable for my country's national conditions, and has also made breakthroughs in assisting financial technology companies to go overseas. In the future, the Frontier Research Institute will continue to leverage its academic advantages, international talent cooperation training and mature model of cooperation between institutes and enterprises to serve enterprises going overseas, provide talents with international vision for domestic enterprises such as CreditEase, and cultivate a group of senior talents who understand and are friendly to China, making greater contributions to the "Belt and Road" initiative and economic and social development.
